Endpoints LoRa
The industry continues to be the biggest investor in new technologies for operational gains. And it is for this type of scenario that Khomp has developed a sensor capable of measuring the vibration of electric machines, the NIT 21LV Vibration Sensor.
The device is a hardware designed to work in conjunction with machine learning algorithms for predictive maintenance of electric motors. It stands out mainly for its LoRaWAN™ connectivity, which sends all the collected data to a pre-configured automation (cloud software).
Another interesting feature is its physical enclosure, designed in a compact size and resistant to high temperatures, vibration, dust, and humidity (waterproof protection rating).
In conjunction with a partner application, the Vibration Sensor is capable of:
- Anticipating when maintenance will be necessary
- Minimizing unplanned emergency work
- Eliminating unnecessary disassembly for inspection
- Increasing equipment uptime
Technical Specifications:
• LoRa® connectivity
• Real-time statistical data transmission
• Indirect temperature and humidity measurements for reference
• Device parameterization and updates via Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE)
• Self-referencing for improved data accuracy
• LED Indicator and multifunctional internal button
