“Every company that needs an IP PBX is a potential customer – from offices to big industries. With this in mind, a profile that came to our attention is that of companies that operate strongly with international partners or other units that see SIP as an opportunity to establish good quality communication at a lower cost”, explains Rafael Nahid, Khomp’s Sales Consultant.
The executive also sees opportunities in institutions undergoing a process for renovation of their telephony system. “If your customer is seeking for a scalable solution, EBS is the ideal tool”, he says.
Another market demand that translates as an opportunity to the integrator that works with Asterisk and EBS, is the integration of functions, such as URAs, automatic answering, CRM integration.
Following this logic, Nahid suggests the approximation of big retail franchises, supermarket chains, industries with a wide chain of distributors, among other business models that demand a robust telephony infrastructure.
Another market that shows promising signs is that of call centers that provide services to telephony carriers. “Based on their need to directly contact their subscribers, the possibility of making calls via GSM makes EBS an interesting tool – since offering free calls between SIM cards of the same carrier is a common practice”, says Daniel Ribeiro, a Telecommunication specialist.
